BLACKPINK has once again broken a YouTube record!
The girl group’s music video for “Kill This Love” was released on April 5 at 12 a.m. KST. It surpassed 30 million views on April 5 at approximately 2:43 p.m. KST, which is just under 15 hours since its release.
This breaks the previous record for the fastest K-pop girl group music video to 30 million views, which BLACKPINK also set with “DDU-DU DDU-DU” in about 23 hours.
The current overall K-pop group music video record for 30 million views belongs to BTS’s “IDOL,” which achieved the feat in less than 10 hours.
Congratulations to BLACKPINK!
