Protestors showed support of Kyrie Irving's decision to remain unvaccinated from COVID-19 before the Nets' home opener on Sunday against the Charlotte Hornets.
Signs from the protest read "STAND WITH KYRIE," while chants of "Let Kyrie Play" rang through.
The Nets have stated that Irving will be away from the team until he does get a COVID-19 vaccine. Irving was not allowed to play in home games under New York City's vaccine mandate, but the Nets took it a step further.
The Nets lost the game, 111-95.
