Jürgen Klopp bowed to Lionel Messi’s brilliance after the Barcelona captain conjured an “unstoppable” free kick to leave Liverpool seeking another Champions League miracle.

Messi had already added to Luis Suárez’s first-half strike from close range when a jaw-dropping set piece found the top corner of Alisson’s net in the 82nd minute.
