The results of the Chelvella Lok Sabha Constituency will be declared today. The counting of votes began on the Parliamentary seat in Telangana at 8 am on Thursday, May 23. Voting took place for the Chelvella seat in the first phase of Lok Sabha elections on April 11. A total voter turnout of 62.69  per cent was recorded, as per Election Commission of India. In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, now in Congress, won from the seat with 4,35,077 votes. He was followed by in second and third by Congress leader Patlolla Kartik Reddy, and Telugu Desam Party's Tulla Veerender.

Lok Sabha Polls 2019 will take place across the nation between April 11, 2019, and May 23, 2019. While voting will take place in seven stages between April 11 and May 19, the national election results will be announced on May 23.
